The Last 24 Years: A Failed Office

Suzanne Henderson failed at being a leader for Tarrant County during her time in office. Under Suzanne Henderson, the County Clerks Office has gone through unnecessary changes. Changes that do not benefit the community or the employees. Leadership has been derailed by self-absorption and customer service has been thrown out like yesterday's garbage!

County Clerk Report Card 1986-2010

This is where Mary DeSantiago steps up to take on challenges of changing the direction of an office that has needed a makeover for many years. Mary DeSantiago wants what the Tarrant County citizens want; ANSWERS! No one wants to answer the call of duty more diligently then Mary DeSantiago.

After 24 years of “dedicated” service, I have come to realize that the elected official behind the title Tarrant County Clerk has done absolutely nothing to better the County Clerk’s office and the people that the office serves. Why would anyone want a repeat of that same type of “dedication”? An endorsement from Suzanne Henderson means a repeat of the past 24 years. I, for one, am not willing to accept the fact that someone has been in office for 24 years and the only product out of this type of “dedication” is a recycling program that was initiated 7 years ago. The rest of the time was spent doing absolutely nothing. The current county clerk has failed to communicate with the community because customers have continued to leave unsatisfied and full of complaints.
